FAHAD & KHALID IBRAHIM AL-SHUWAYER & PARTNERS (FKS),
formerly know as IBRAHIM HAMOUD AL-SHUWAYER Est. (IHS), was
established in 1958 at Dammam, Saudi Arabia. IHS officially
changed its name and was registered as FKS in 1994.
From our headquarters in Khobar, and offices in Jubail,
Khafji and Kuwait, the Company specializes in Trading &
Contracting in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia and the
Partitioned Neutral Zone (PNZ) between Saudi Arabia and
Kuwait.
The Company´s Trading & Contracting divisions have almost
half a century of Experience in projects related to the Oil,
Gas & Petrochemical Industries in Kuwait & the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia.
Since 1958 the Company has grown from only six full time
employees and about $100,000 in assets and investments to
now where it has over five hundred full-time and contract
related employees and over $30 Million in assets and
investments. The assets include all of the major equipment
that has been acquired by the company from the large variety
of contracts it has done and continues to do. In addition to
these assets, the company also owns a substantial amount of
real estate. These properties are not only used by FKS for
our offices, workshops and warehouses but also for
commercial and residential lease. The majority of the real
estate is located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia
with some properties in other parts of the kingdom. The
Company's investments include shares and stocks in several
different ventures that range from banks to major industries
in Saudi Arabia.
