Implementing 5S’s

SORTING - Removed all unnecessary items from the immediate work area. Shifted all unwanted equipment and materials out of work site.

SETTING - Arranged tools/equipments for daily use close to the work area and set in order for easy access.

SHINING -Cleaned all work area, tools, equipment to enhance the morale, work quality and safety. 

STANDARDIZING - The work area identified with sign boards to locate the tools and equipment and to maintain the work site layout without any hazards.

SUSTAINING - Maintain the work area as planned to keep good housekeeping and work is performed with an attitude of teamwork and responsibility.
